Why doesn't the Oxygen channel work? And who is Klee Irwin?

There's no problem with the Oxygen channel overall, so the issue is probably at your end. Unfortunately, without more information, there's very little that any of us can do to assist you. Try calling your satellite or cable company for more help.

Klee Irwin is apparently an infomercial host who sells a product known as "Dual Action Cleanse." It doesn't appear to be particularly good.

I think your provider isn't carrying it. In my area, the cable provider dropped it at the start of the year. I rarely watched "Oxygen" so I don't really miss it.
