I was married and 19....
I think waiting for marraige is the BEST THING but it doesn't always work out that way... So I tell my little sisters to hold off as long as they can and if the urge shall come... Let it be with someone you KNOW... Have been dating for a LONG time. A few months is not a long time. Loose your virginity to someone you can trust, honor, and respect and visa versa. Before you have sex, be able to talk about the future...
The consequences: What will the relationship be AFTER sex... What will happen if you get pregnant? Because we all know birth control is not 100% affective. Talk about where you both see each other in the future.
But all in all, if you can wait... WAIT... It is more passionate when you can give yourself on your wedding day!
I got married and it was the best thing I could have gotten. A Husband I could share myself to and visa vera.

I was about 3 weeks away from being 15. I don't regret it at all. We were together for 3 months, and as most people look at it, it was way too soon. But here we are--we just celebrated our 3 year anniversary on the 12th, and we are as happy as can be. I'm not suggesting that just anyone should have sex at that young of an age, but I believe that I was ready, and I'll never regret it because he was my first love.

I was 18. At the time, I didn't regret it...but later? I did. As it led to many mistakes... I am now 26...and am waiting for marriage. I've held out for 4 years since I recomitted myself to God and waiting. Honestly, hun...we all have to make our own decisions...but, God intended for sex to be amazing...passionate..and full of pleasure/desire...but He also created this type of sex within the marriage bed...outside of it? Eventually, passion will wear off...and the sex will be boring..and leave you to find someone new...it will be like a neverending cycle. Not to mention..as you can see by others' posts...there are too many undeserving guys...who will use you..and abuse your emotions. Just be wise...try to hold out...and guard your heart...it's all you'll have to give away when you get married...and you don't want it to be bruised.
Just my thoughts... :) Shared with you. :)

I was 18 and i don't regret it.
You are advised to wait till you can have patience and control over you.
Marriage is not a criteria for loosing virginity.
Take a decision only if you are comfortable and ONLY if you are above 18.

15, and I was taken advantage of. I was drunk and the guy was 23. It was done before I knew what hit me. Yes, I regret it, but it's not something I dwell on. I met my husband a few months later and we were married 2 yrs later. Been married 30 yrs!!

I was 15 & one thing kept leading to another. We were together for 5 months. Yes, it was a bit too soon. But I do not regret it.
He is my first TRUE love. Now we are still together and happy.

I was 17 when I lost my virginity. As I was in high school, I was obviously not married. I have no regrets. My choice was exactly the right one for me.
