No Way.

Just LOVE enhances LIFE, at least this is what I always feel for the vision of Life.
Death is just a sorrow for we cannot continue anymore our fantastical lightened way of life.
I cannot live or think for past, for death things, thoughts, sorrows . . .
LIFE is for living your days, not for contemplating the Death in the coopered sunsets, but happily waiting for the dawns' golden light. Just to feel the reason of everything and be happy for what you have AND what you can still happily do.

Yes, it certainly does for me as a Christian. I know I have to show Christ's love by the way I live; I have one chance to get it right and I'm not promised more than this day. So I have to constantly be aware that I have a reason to live and I can't waste time. Life would not be as precious if it's time were unlimited. I know that because I'm not promised tomorrow, I need to treat people right TODAY; I need to tell people how much they mean to me TODAY; if I've offended someone I need to apologize TODAY; if I've offended God, I need to seek forgiveness TODAY. I look forward to the day when I will step into the presence of Jesus and in order to do that I have to live for Him and then step through death's door. So the knowledge that death will come and not knowing when certainly enhances the way I live my life.

That depends on whether you believe in some sort of life after death. Or whether you believe in life before death. Many people are conned into living a complacent obedient life for a reward after. Then there are those who make their lives count by living it till the show closes. For both of these death would appear to be motivators in their lives. Though it inspires both, it "enhances" only one.

It should. There are only 2 things in this life I have to do. Live and die. So since I am already here I choose to live since death is a certainty I will not escape.

Death is very serious and effects people for both better and worse. Sometimes people can get totally screwed up if someone close dies and resort to drugs or something to try to fix it. However, it can bring people closer together and increase your perception of life in the long run, however it typically comes with much sadness and hardships.

In the Mexican culture death is part of life. Check it out. You live life to the fullest and the imperfect body dies. The life force goes on living eternally. Oh well, we all gotta go.....

People say it does, but I don't think so. Especially when we don't know what's coming next. I think people would do much better on earth if they could plan for the afterlife (or lack of one if that was the case). Lots of people wouldn't make the stupid mistakes that they do. I yell at God all the time and ask him why we can't just know.

Absolutely. Even food tastes better if you know you're going to take a dirt nap.
