I think in Yahoo Answers there is no option for bold text, so if just a part of what is written is capitalized, then I take that to be the same as making bold letters for emphasis.

It generally means screaming, but myself, when I capitalize something, I'm not doing it to scream: I do it to emphasize a word!

Many times, when people are upset, they type in all caps, it's like yelling.
