Well... I'm going to finish my yucki peppermintini (ewww...) after of course I've added more vodka to it to make it taste palatable... Then... I'm going to put my vicious parrot to bed if she'll listen to me (get my sleeping kitten out of the bird's cage first)... then get my my kids to bed, if THEY'LL listen to me, then get changed into bed clothes... then wash my face, brush my teeth, put my hair up... go pee... then pour another yucki peppermint martini... and then.... make sure all my critters are in the house so they don't freeze in the ice and snow, then off to bed in my fluffy white down comforter and flannel sheets... nite!!! (HEY!!! YOU ASKED.. !!) :o)

hmmm well i figure it out backwards like...
start work at 7.30am
leave for work at 6.30am
get up at 5.45am
figure out how tired you are (hmmm need at least 4 hours sleep)
so probably go to bed at about 1.30 if im lucky.
haha LUCKY im not working tomorrow :P

About 2.00 am and sleep until 2.00 pm are 3.00 am to 3.00 pm are 4.00 am to 4.00 pm these are how my body time clock is set OK
