Nope... I can't keep a secret that is too good to share... I love food and entertaining and I would tell anyone who asked me: "How do you make it?"

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMIhD

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Yes we do. It is for an Italian gravy. I didn't even know you could buy gravy like Ragu in a jar until I was 13. I just thought everyone always made their own. Mmm good. My daughter who is now 11 just learned to make it over the winter.

Why yes .... yes I do!

But if I told ya ... I'd have to kill ya.

Then I'd be on the P & S Most Wanted list FOR SURE!!!!

Ha ha haa!

It's actually for English Butter Toffee and my entire family waits for me to bring it every single year to the big family Christmas party. If I didn't make it ... it wouldn't seem like Christmas ... plus my family would disown me! lol

Perhaps one day I will share ...

Peace you Top Secret Baker!

Hey, GEM, if I had any secret recipes, I would certainly share with you. We just have some very old cook books that used to be my mother's which we cherish, because she used to use them. I always love using them because they remind me of the cooking she used to do for her family.
