The indisputable truth is just a catchy name, nothing meant to be serious. Also, my blog never said that waterboarding is against international law, I just used the definition. The argument is that some conservatives do not call it torture. If they don't think that it's severe or permenant pain, why can't they undergo waterboarding, then decide?

Well if you changed the name from indisputable truth to my opinion it would be ok. I would just like to remind you that waterboarding is not a violation of international law. It is against the Geneva Convention which is not international law. It is an agreement between countries that have ratified it. And terrorists are not covered by the Geneva Convention. The GC states that war is between two militaries in armed conflict. It doesn't cover religeous fanatics who carry out suicide bombings and beheadings. Which by the way would also be against the GC. So either be truth ful and call it your personal opinion which is acceptable but don't call it the truth.
