I HATE Freebird's burritos in Austin & Houston. I'm looking for a good burrito stand in the Houston area.

My best burrito ever was in Waco, TX, at a little burrito shack in the bad part of town, run by two old Mexican ladies. The burritos were humongous and $2.50, and the best you will ever have with homemade tortillas and homemade green sauce!

At a late night place in Encinada, MX!
After a late night of dancing and drinking we found a very well lit place roadside place, while extremely hungry. They were absolutely authentic (we were in MX!), had delicious beef and fresh salsa with chopped and avocado, and were about $.75, about 8.139 Mexican Peso EACH about 14 years ago.
Best I've ever had!
Go across the border, be a little hammered, exhausted, and be quite hungry!

I had the best burritos while I was in San Diego, California. It was a small restaurant in a strip mall. The place was very popular with the locals and we were lucky to get seated.

The best burrito that I have ever had was a flour tortilla w/ground beef w/spices, queso, spanish rice, refried beans and sour creme. It was so yummy and was home made.
