There is no key hole on the trunk to open it with a key on this model. Please help. Battery is dead and owners manual is in the trunk with my jump pack.

I can help you with the owners manual part of the question, & once you have the manual you will be able to locate the trunk release.

GM has an "Owners Center" site that allows you to download (free) the complete owners manual. (& other valuable info)
You will need to register with them to use the site. (I don't own a GM vehicle, otherwise I would have just downloaded it myself & given you the info)

I've driven a few rental fleet Impalas and was not overly impressed. Not that it was a BAD car, but nothing outstanding about it either. Frankly, I think the exterior is a very attractive design, but Chevy didn't follow through on the rest of the car. It got me where I was going. Let it at that.

most of the time there on the floor on the driver side or in the glove box not sure call your local part store on service shop or car dealer
