i was abused sexually, physically, verbally nobody really knows only 2 people other than the person who did it

I wrote a short biography of myself. I left me vulnerable and exposed my past. I sent it to everyone I know. The relief and freedom were amazing. I may have to deal with the consequences of those actions, but I don't have to deal with the additional pressure of keeping them secret. It was a good thing for me to do. It doesn't mean that you have to. All I'm saying is that life is hard enough, without having to carry burdens, usually about stuff most people don't care about, or remember.

I have learned that I was to open the hard way. I used to be an open book. I try to be less open, as much as I can. There are things I told my jealous husband that I should have kept for myself, because they were less important than he thought and have made my life hell. Learn the lesson.

yes there are a few things i keep to myself but i am usually a pretty open person as well. just some things i dont feel need to be talked about

Oh, there are a lot of things in my past that I don't share with anyone. There are at least 5 things that I can think of that know one in my life today will ever know. At least not from me, anyway!

there's a few things not very many people know about, I tell only those I really trust, but the more I face it, the more open I am to sharing it.
