I have a terrible cramping sensation in my pubic mound above the actual bone. I have no bleeding or other pains, just this terrible cramp. Any ideas as to what is going on?

I have been having problems in this area for the past year, and one part of my problem with this pain is that the problem is coming from issues with the nerves that go to the pubic mound. I'm also afraid that part of my problem may be that I'm having issues with my bladder.
It's possible that something could be going on with your bladder. I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they say. If you have additional questions for me please feel free to e-mail or IM me off site any time.
