If you are starting with community college after high school, you need to do that for two years, then transfer for another 2 years at a university (or you could go to a university for four years without the community college). Then, after you have a four-year degree, you go to medical school for another four years, and then you need to do a residency in anaesthesiology for several more years.

With decent grades you can skip over comm. college. If you work to bring "decent" up to "good" or "great" than you should easily get into a four year school. If you are worried about not being able to adjust to college/being on your own and that is the reason you are considering comm. college, then look at smaller schools that are close by.
After you achieve your bachelor's (probably as pre-Med, or biology, biochemisty, chemistry, etc...) You will go to med school which can be 4-7 years depending on where you go. Then residency for 3-4 years.

Why do you plan on going to community college right after high school? You should apply to universities that are well known for their medical schools. If you play your cards right and stay committed to your goals, I don't see why it won't work out.
