It's too hard for both of us to see a house because of the hours we work. I've put an application in for a house, but he hasn't seen it yet. I'm really nervous incase he doesn't like it.

There's no other way around this.

Would you trust your partner to do this? or definitely not.

It's not a matter of trust for me. It's a matter of taste. Even couples married for 50 years can have different tastes in living quarters. And even if one partner tries their best to balance their taste against the other's, on a big issue like homes, a small mistake can be hard to live with for years day-in and day out. BUT...

You already said that there's no way around it. I guess what I'm trying to say is that given that fact, hopefully he will understand that without his direct input, it is very hard for one person to hit the nail on the head.

I'd rather help in the choice myself, but given that circumstance, yeah, I'd have to hope my gal picked something decent. And really, most guys I've met aren't that choosy.

Peace

I would trust my husband. I would prefer to see it first, but if that couldn't happen, we both have the same taste. He looked at our house first and said he knew that was it, but he knew I should see it. I walked in and said, Yep, make an offer.

I would because I know my wife has great tastes. But, unless you are willing to settle for anything, I wouldn't risk it. Take a digital camera along and take several pics.

No, I would have to be involved. I am way too controlling over things in my life. If it was just about him, I wouldn't care. But a decision that affects me I will make.

No, because two people looking a place over is better ...one might see a fault that the first one doesn't see...

Yes. He know my taste and I trust him 110%. Good Luck!

MY husband? Oh yeah, definitely, cause I trust him, he wouldn't choose anything he liked that he suspected I might hate. If he didn't think we'd all like it, he wouldn't take it.

I'd sure trust my wife to do that. We'd talk about it over the phone & all would be well.
