It could be bells palsy. I had it 2 years ago. Your nerves are paralyzed. But It gets better. Go to your doctor to see for sure if it is. When i had it my smiled was crooked and i couldnt blink or shut my eye all the way. You have to get lub for your eye and eye drops to prevent your eye from drying out. It took me 2 weeks before it was normal but it doesnt clear up all the way. Mine is not noticeable.

Try freeing up your neck muscles to see if that helps. The neck muscles connect to a lot of the other muscles in the head to cause problems in them. Freeing up the neck muscles would release them as well. If the pain persists then you should see a dr. here's how to free up your neck muscles for that relief to your face: Neck Release: Place your hands behind your head touching your fingers. Press into the back of your neck with them and hold the pressure on them. After 45 seconds slowly lower your head until your neck is fully extended. Release the pressure but hold your head there for another 30 seconds. For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

This looks like a case of FACIAL PALSY. Its actually an infection of the facial nerve and the cause is difficult to find until you give more information. Don't panic. In most of the cases, the condition will improve with time but you need to meet an ENT surgeon at the earliest and the prognosis is better with early treatment. It would require you to have medicines along with performing facial excercises so that you get better faster.Wish you the best!

This is not something to toy around with. A long-lasting deficit in your face can be a stroke, myasthenia gravis or related conditions, and other circulatory issues as well as nerve spasms. You need to rule out the first two of those. If it is something else, you need to know that, too.

You need to go to the doctor right away. It sounds like it could be getting worse, and you need to make sure you head this off before it continues to spread. It could be temporary, but you don't want to risk it. Go to the doctor first thing in the morning, or to the ER tonight.

You got yourself a little stroke possibly. If you don't go to the Doc. and wait long enough, you might get another, to make the righ side of your face match the left.
