Dallas and Green Bay have the same record but Dallas holds the tie breaker because they beat them heads up. In order for Green Bay to win the wild card they need to win out and have Dallas lose another game.

Nothing because the Packers are looking great down the stretch and are very healthy. The cowboys are falling apart and becoming an injured battered team.
