Your passport is all you will need and if you are divorced then you might need the papers to show you are divorced. Very informal here. I got married here and they didn't even want to see my ID plus they had me fill out the forms at the wedding bureau in pencil. Then you need to take your wedding license to any chapel and get married. Your marriage is legal and binding in Canada.

By the way ... it's harder to get a divorce here than get married.

Here is the Clark County site with all info. you need...

We married in Vegas this past May, and I only showed my driver´s license, and my husband (who is German) showed his passport. We were literally in the courthouse for 10 minutes-remember to bring your camera because they have a pretty floral arrangement there, and we had our pics taken.

When you have your license, bring it to Little Chapel of the Flowers-they are awesome and marry there. We did, and I want you to know that the staff are very professional.

You need to have your passport as identification. You will go downtown and purchase your marriage license. Then you can get married anywhere that offers the service in Vegas. US marriages are recognized in most countries.

hi there - you'll need your passports and $55 cash to pick up your wedding licence at the Marriage Licence Bureau and then you're free to get married at any of the chapels. Your wedding is recognised legally worldwide so the only thing you need to do when you get home is inform your bank etc of your change of name.

My wife and I got married there 25 years and 8 months ago. All we needed was our ID (driver's licenses) at the clerk's office. It looks like things haven't changed much in 25 years. We even got married in the clerk's office (not in one of those chapels), by the justice-of-peace (with my mom-in-law and sis-in-law 'attending').
