Do I need an honors degree when applying to a top grad school? I havent enrolled in a honors program at uni, but i will still have an excellent GPA, many extracurricular activities at university, long volunteer experience, and even internships experience which related to my major well. is that good enough, and what else I have to do?
any advice is welcome, thanks.

Obviously an honors degree would help, but it is not necessary, since some people don't even have that opportunity. You will need the strong GPA, GRE scores, and a rigorous course schedule, along with the other things you mention.

A four year degree is good. The honours degree is only preferred because a lot of honours programs include an honours thesis and course requirements that prepare you for graduate work. If you have another writing sample that can be used and taken electives that will prepare you for graduate work, it would be good. Your experiences will also help.
