I just finished watching the movie Junior, where a fertilized egg was inserted into the abdomen of a man and every day he was given very high doses of progesterone and estrogen, and nine months later, sure enough, he had a baby via C-section. Mad science or possible some day?

supposedly it COULD be possible, although extremely dangerous. In very rare cases, a baby has survived after implanting somewhere outside the uterus. The baby actually grows the placenta, (the uterus does not), but the placenta must attach to something in order to gain nutrients, in cases where the placenta attaches outside the uterus it will attach to a major abdominal organ such as the kidney or liver, which is extremely dangerous and can kill both the mother (or in the case the father) and the baby. The abdomen is generally a pretty hostile environment for an egg.; and the man would require major hormone therapy (not just estrogen and progesterone but also things like HCG). So while the man would be working against nature, and taking on alot of personal risks not to mention incredibly slim odds of success, it is, in theory, a possibility.

Absolutely not possible. A baby can not grow and thrive in a man's abdomen. A baby must be attached to an umbilical cord, and have enough nutrients and pregnancy hormones to survive. That is not possible outside of a woman's uterus.

No.... men don't have a uterus, how will the placenta attach and nourish the baby?
Women's bodies are made for having babies, and that is how it will stay!
(Plus, men would complain the WHOLE time haha)
