Think about it from the other side of the coin. If you had the money... What would you want from the person with the idea? I know that I would want the lion's share of the profit and I would want a well thought out case statement, timeline, etc.

Without that kind of preparation you aren't likely to get two nickels to rub together.

at the moment real estate is collapsing , it will drag the entire economy with it . a major , major depression is coming soon . unless your project is to buy guns and rural farmland and go 'off the grid ' , forget it .
