I rememeber in the early 90's he was a pretty big singer.
but seems like for the last 10 years he's gotten nothing but bad put downs and hatred.

Seldom do all stars and celebrities stay on top longer than ten years. The word hate is a terrible word; why do you suppose people hate Michael Bolton? Is he some sort of ogre?
