A creditor can call you at home, at work, on your cell, anywhere and anytime (the "anytime" must be within reason, such as NOT after 9pm, etc.).

They only call if you aren't making promised payments or no payments. If you set up an agreed small payment to be paid on a certain date each month and you make that payment on time they will not call you. If you owe a debt, be decent and pay it, even if in small increments. That will cure the Sunday call issue as well.

A creditor cannot call you after 9 pm. also they can not call you more than 3 times in a day. only if you answer there call. now the tricky part is when they call you at work. they can and will but as long as an administrator tells them they can not call well then they can and a certified letter must be sent to them. in turn if they continue calling your work you can file a complaint and they will be fined 1000 dollars and the company will also be fined. its hard but just document every call and who you speak with. it will help in the long run.

maximum debt series places do no longer call at that factor. quite some the greater nasty ones might, yet I kinda doubt it. i do no longer think of maximum of them block their selection the two. i think of you will possibly be getting duped.
