To be honest..........
The girl looks like she ran a marathon. Her face is really red, and I see a tinge of yellow on her teeth. I think she needs to get braces done..
I'm sorry if this is you. I don't mean to offend you. It's my honest opinion. Her hair is really nice though. I don't see why the eye's are red. Unless it's taken to make the eye red, it shouldn't be. Was it edited that way? It makes the overall appearance a little scary...
I also think she should wash her face. It looks unhealthy and heated up. And to a certain point, shiny and oily. Perhaps use a cool cucumber face wash. I'd rate her average, because this picture doesn't look like it was taken when she's at her normal state.

SO pretty! blonde hair brown eyes cute combination (: though one thing to say i think look better with nice straight teeth,braces it'll be worth it. But other then that gorgeous no need to change a thing

I don't understand why girls always have blond hair with brown eyes. It doesn't make them look any prettier. In fact I think it makes them look worse. Dye your hair blue. At least then you'd look half way descent. Better than blond I can tell you that.
