I've heard of a bird that make sound like a ghost sound , very deep but i wanna know the name of the bird , anyone know ? was shock when i was the first time who hear this sound..

Edit: No, it's not an owl , not loon too.. ahh , it's sounds is similar to cow , probably the same but this bird's sound is deeper. What do you think ?

Mourning Dove

It might be a morning dove. I say this because it makes the exact sounds you describe in the morning where I live in Colorado, and It was so disturbing I had to find out so asked every neighbor and they all told me the same thing. The funny thing though, is that at night they make totally different noises!!!!

Many birds can make ghostly sounds...owls for one.....The African Grey parrot can carry on full conversations if trained to do so. The one you heard; who knows....try bird watching with a field guide to ID the bird in question....

Probably an owl, but a loon also makes a very eerie sound.

I think Robyn hit it. I think you are talking about an Owl. Their sounds are used in horror movies for background.

It's got to be a Mourning Dove. If not could it be a whippoorwill? Or a nighthawk? It might be a nighthawk.
