Take them out for breakfast on Boxing day or another day. Spend time with them.
Gift Certificate for dinner, a nursery to put their flowers in the spring, concert tickets
Bird Feeder
Nice jams
Just don't buy clutter.

I am 64 and have pretty much everything I want, also. If the question was asked to me I would say give me a gift card to our favorite restaurant. And maybe a pair of movie tickets to go with it.

find some photos of you, your family and your sibling. then buy a bunch of photo frames and put the pictures in them. if they have a specific designe to their house and they wont use the photos in frames, make a scrap book or photo album.
you could also find a CD of their favorit album or tape or whatever and give that to them.
there's also old TV episodes on DVD. if they had a favorit (like I Love Lucy or something) you could pick that up for them.

They definitely has some desire that you need to find out. Even booking a table for 2 on christmas day will be unique for them to spent some time together. Can get good tonic for them too.

A giftbasket with certain types of meats/cheeses/or fruits. Or a nice giftcard to a local resturant they like so your Mom wouldn't have to cook one night or even better, if you can swing it, a giftcard to a spa or something they could go for a day or weekend.

My mother is 66, and she said that she wanted practical gifts this year, either ink for her printer, minutes for her pre-paid cell phone, a gift certificate to a store that she frequents, etc. At that age, the last thing your parents probably want is another trinket to sit on their shelves.
