Bath Water?

I live in an apartment and just recently I have notice that my bath water is really blue. I mean really blue like light tint blue on a person car window tint. it just the water in the bath tub. Do anyone know why?

your tub doesn't have a lid and a seat does it?

Could be the chemicals the city puts in the water to sanitize the water.

I would rather have that then the rusty water we got. But I do not know what makes it blue.
