I mean, it seems to me that without testicles, where sperm is created, there's no way erection could appear, because what's in the testicles is the reason the blood fills the penis, and then the erection dies once the sperm's out. So if there would be no testicles, or if the cords that allow the sperm to travel from the inside of the testicles to the head of the penis were cut, there would be no more erections, no?
Perhaps the thing I'm really asking is, what can a man do to stop producing sperm so he could have sex without this whole "oh what if the condom breaks" catastrophie. And yeah, I really wanna know the answer to the main question too: If a man has no testicles, can he still get an erection?
I'm looking forward to finding that out. Should be very interesting for MEN.

Your understanding of how your body works is wrong. The penis becomes erect because it engorges with blood when the veins dilate, not sperm. It does not become flaccid again because sperm is released but rather because that extra blood flow isn't there.
If you have no testicles, you can still have an erection. Testicles are not routinely removed unless you have something wrong with them, like testicular cancer.
If you want to become sterile, there is a procedure called a vasectomy which, in simple terms, cuts the tube carrying sperm. After this procedure, you won't need a condom to prevent pregnancy, but you may want to still protect yourself from sexually transmitted diseases. You will still be able to achieve erection and orgasm.

While it is highly unlikely for a male to get an erection should he have no testicles, it's not impossible. It'll probably be extremely difficult as the testicles are the main producer of testosterone, which is why when males get castrated, they are no longer sexually active (or nearly not) and find their Sex drive diminishes to nearly nothing. You can find more information out by looking up castration, effects of castration, testicles, etc. You'll learn more on the male body and the hormonal system and thus helping you understand the effects of a male being castrated or having no testicles. Hope this helps.

Yes, a man without testicles can still get erections, but they will experience a (typically) drastic reduction in sexual desire and arousal, so it becomes more difficult to get or maintain erections. Erections are caused by blood rushing to the penis, so that part doesn't change, but the loss of the testicles involves a loss or reduction in hormones associated with achieving erections.

If you had your balls removed you WOULD still get erections.
Example: I had a female dog come into heat recently and both my neutered male dogs not only mounted her but they also both got stuck with her, yet they have NO balls.
Good luck finding a doctor to nut you, I don't think any will unless it's for a medical reason.
I agree with a previous poster, if you are wanting permanent sterilization then get a vasectomy. You should freeze some of your sperm because you never know what the future holds and that will give you some options....

Eating lots of leafy greens, whole grains, oysters, watermelon, and blueberries (most any fruit will work, really) will help you give your body all that it needs to improve the quality of your erections, while cutting out processed foods, cigarettes and alcohol will provide further benefits. Add in a healthy dose of exercise at least three times per week, and you’re well on your way to better sexual health!

it's called a vascectomy, and it is basically cutting off those tubes, some drive may be lost but for the most part... no change.
