The Windows Registry is a checklist of all the software programs installed and personal settings on your computer. In your case, it looks like you tried to or accidentally tried to edit the Windows Registry using a limited user account. The Windows Registry is usually only accessible through an Administrator account. Don't worry about it. It didn't do any damage to your computer (i.e. there is nothing to fix).

It means that registry files for the Windows registry cannot be copied to it.
