Don't go to the gym and start lifting weights intensely because that might stop your growth. You should do a lot of running and even things like swimming if you can. Don't eat any fast food and stick to only drinking water and maybe orange juice once in a while. If you can't run outside, get a gym pass and use the treadmill, the bikes, stair climber etc. Eating healthy is most important. Good luck!

As you lose weight, the appearance of breasts will reduce. If they are literally huge, however, you may need plastic surgery to get rid of the excess skin.

Otherwise, firming up your muscle will help you get a more obviously masculine chest. But part of it is genetics; some pecs are just rounder than others at the same weight and muscularity.

If they are caused by being fat.. you just gotta keep doing whatever it is you are doing. Diet and exercise. It helps to firm the muscles up underneath... get your pectoral muscles lean by doing high reps.. the fat will sit on top of the muscle but it's going to help metabolism.

If it is caused by puberty, that is, if you are generally lean but with manboobs.. then that could be just a hormone imbalance and it will sort itself out in time.

If caused by oestrogen inducing drugs then I think surgery is the most succesful answer.
