(x - 4)/2 - 1/5 = (7x + 1)/20
multiply by 20
10(x - 4) - 4 = 7x + 1
10x - 40 - 4 = 7x + 1
10x - 44 = 7x + 1
3x = 45
x = 45/3 = 15

x-4/2-1/5=7x+1/20
take the common denominator, that is 5*2=10
5(x-4)-2(1)/10=7x+1/20
cross multiplication
20(5x-20-2)=10(7x+1)
100X-400-40=70X+10
100X-70X=10+400+40
30X=450
X=450/30
X=15

(x/2)-(7x/20)=2+(1/5)+(1/20)
x((1/2)-(7/20))=2+(1/5)+(1/20)
x=(2+(1/5)+(1/20))/((1/2)-(7/20))
x=(2+(1/5)+(1/20))(2-(20/7))
