If your hands are too cold it makes the sensation in your palm and fingers feel different than normal. This could be the sensation you are having. Another thing is that your hands may be in fact dry. If they are then your skin will feel rough and moving your joints in your fingers may not be such a fluid motion as it usually maybe..... and I don't mean to be the barer of bad news but that question was posted in the wrong catagory :)

could be an alergic reaction to penuts or Cassues I'm not sure how you spell that there the long curved penuts that are truely a lagume that is related to poison ivy although this reaction also makes your lips itch a little and kind of feel different
