Body Mass Index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight. A BMI between 19 and 25 is healthiest.

Your BMI is 26.6, meaning you are overweight but not obese. If you are of average build, your ideal weight is in the range of 110 to 140.

The best way to get more fit is to exercise, because you build muscle, and muscle mass burns more calories even when you are not doing anything. I would also suggest eating fresh fruits and vegetables that contain fiber, because it helps you feel full, and drinking plenty of water.

Good luck!

No actually it does not. I thnk you need to quit worrying about your weight so much and just live your life. If you are unhappy in anywya about your weight size then do something about it. I think personally 150 is perfect.

i can agree - numbers mean nothing, all that matters is how you carry it on your frame. you are slightly overweight for your height but, there's nothing wrong with that. don't let anyone tell you other wise. if you're insecure, exercise and eat a little bit more healthier.

i will admit: i'm 5'2, and i'm 200. i'm overweight - NOT fat. i carry the weight in a good way, i'm secure with myself, and my husband loves my lovehandles. [ EDIT: i'm ready to lose some of the extra baggage, so i'm starting to exercise a bit more ]

young girls and women come in all shapes and sizes. not every female on this earth can be skinny, "perfect", and hollywood. that's completely fake. if no one can come to terms with this, then it's about time they be knocked on their *** with this reality. every shape and size deserves love either way.

You are overweight, but not fat. If you want to lose weight, all you need to do is exercise. But it is all about how you feel!

I'm 5'2 and 120. I'm not fat at all, in fact most guys look at me an think that I'm smaller then I am. It's my legs, they are a little thick but who cares. I'm happy with my body.

It depends if the 150lbs is flabby or toned.

Fat is more than a number.
