I bought a knew computer and I want to have all my emails in it, but I unistalled Outlook 2007 from my old computer and did not back up!!!

You probably still have your mail store on your hard drive, but the problem is that Outlook is the only application which uses that format and can open them. So, your best bet would be to reinstall Outlook (just long enough to recover) and recover your email by doing a copy and paste into a text editor program. Then when you save them you can place them into a folder you created for them in your Documents folder and open them in the text editor when you need them.
After you recover you mail you can remove the program once again.

What operating system were the email files on?

maybe a system restore will work if you have Windows XP/Vista.... good luck
