i got an msn worm/ virus im not sure... from my friend on msn... it said look at this picture of us... so i dled it... i know it was stupid
how can i get rid of it?... like i have norton and it says it cant restore my computer
and it didnt find it when i did my virus scan
everytime i go on msn it sends the same picture thingy to everyone else... help?

You will need to get an anti spyware program, like Ad-aware, or AVG Anti spyware. AVG, you can download a trial version, which is the full version, then it will go back to the free version after 30 days. www.grisoft.com. I use Ad-aware and AVG both. Do a full scan with both and then scan again, if it comes up clean after that, you should be ok.

Have you tried Windows Defender? Disconnect your computer from the internet when you scan your computer.

remove msn messenger asap. then run scans in safemode
