I know there are language schools in many universities. They have their own faculty whose majors are TESL or Linguistics. I asked my advisor the same question but she told me it's quite difficult since my native language is mandarin people may question my English proficiency. I'm now thinking about becoming a graduate teaching assitant next semester in the language school of my university. That's all I can do right now. I'm also thinking about taking some linguistics courses as my minor. Please give me some suggestion.

It's a fun career, not so easy to get a full time job at the college level, but not hard to get part-time. If they pick you for a graduate assistantship, that's a good way to go. That's what I did.
