There was a black space all around the screen where the display once was. I went to my Control panel settings and adjusted the resolution and made some font and icon adjustments so my text did not look microscopic after changing the resolution. It runs fine using ATT Yahoo browser except that some of my text is still pretty tiny, like in parts of my email notification and my toolbar. I have restore capability but for some reason there were no available times to reset to. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and what they did about it? I know there are desktop monitor adjustments. Are there laptop screen adjustments. I can't seem to find any on mine.

Try this and hope it works
Start > Setting > Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager > Select display and truble shoot

Can you stretch your screen back to size and fill it in? If so, stretch it to size, then hold down the Ctrl key, keep it depressed and using the mouse, click on file, then exit. If that doesn't work, try doing it again, and use the shift key instead of the ctrl key.

I believe you should contact the people who made the monitor, or call Microsoft support.
