we had really tough time growing up, but mom always made sure we had christmas, i was 13 or 14 when i didnt get anything for my birthday which was on the 26th....but i didnt let it get me down

For religious reasons it was years that I had no Christmas. Those were sad years.

you want to know a secret? i've never given a present before, not even a birthday or christmas one, i've always recieved.

lol, i'm prepared for thumbs down, this is the truth too. i've also never said sorry and really mean it before too. i may sound really cold but i hate saying sorry, thank you, or anything like that. i think it's weird or stupid.

yes, but I don't base my beliefs on material things, I prefer to have health, family and happiness above all else, as long as I have those three things I have all the gifts I need.
