Yes, I know this is a risque' question, but; I have to find out somehow. I cannot find Jeffrey Dahmer's autopsy pictures anywhere. Does anyone know why that is? I know there was an autopsy, but; I see no evidence. If anyone knows where I could find them or why they aren't online, I would appreciate it. And please, save the 'you're a crazy cannibal' for someone who cares. Such petty comments are laughable.

I didn't see them on rotten.com either, though there's some disturbing stuff there.

I will say that autopsy photos are not considered public records in any state I'm aware of, so the coroner does not have to release them. An autopsy REPORT, yes, but not the photos.

I didn't know they put anyone's autopsy pictures on here. Wow.
Reading his name just now, gave me the shivers.

Dahmers pictures were never released, or even slipped to the media. Due to the nasty way he died, and high profile crimes, his photos are kept under tight security. Any you may find, are fake.
