This is ridiculous! Santa has always been saying "ho ho ho" and no one ever had a problem with it. It's not even supposed to have anything to do with the inappropriate term. Seriously, I think people should be spending time worrying about something that actually matters.

The world as we know it is going completely overboard.

There is all this overly politically correctness that is going on, but the world is loaded with important problems that we should be paying attention to and trying to resolve.

The ever famous "they" are also talking about Santa being too fat...and therefore a bad role model.

It is all bordering on insanity. I just don't know where all this absolute crap is going to end.

God help us all, and try to have a Merry Christmas despite all of the nonsense that is going on.

Another incident blown out of proportion. That came from a Santa trainer at an agency in Australia, and the agency later disavowed that the recommendation was "policy" or required. And of course, it's so ridiculous that it made international news. However, that's all it is -- a news story on stupid.

Gee if we can't say ho ho ho then perhaps its also illegal to say hee hee hee, ha ha ha, tee hee, snicker snicker???? They are all of the SAME representation.

Perhaps we could just ban anyone reffering to a hooker as a ho ho.....speaking of which, what is Hotess's stand on this along with their cupcakes??

Seriously, also, the FDA's also agreed that Santa isn't a good role model for kids anymore because he's heavy set and always eating candy or cookies. "Role models for kids should be seen as going to the gym often and eating healthily"

I mean, c'mon, they really don't have anything better to do?

because when you would say that in certain areas of the country, especially in large cities you would in fact be approached with..."price lists", escpecially if you were there at night and doubtful if the police would be understanding. you must understand its a changed society and your safety as well as the community's is being watched out for.

LOL..I haven't heard this.

If it's true, it's sad that a derogatory slang term has become so prevalent in our society that everyone knows what it means!

It's not even a real word!
