Why does a man state that he really wants to get with a person? Then when the person reciprocates, the person who "gushed" all over themselves, "acts" as though he has no clue. This has not been done "once" but multiple times. When he appears, he is all "happy" to see me. He even pretended he didn't say that he cared for me, to all of those people. What is going on here. The way that he acted, it almost sounded like an advertisement. He "kissed me" on the cheek at a "party" and no alcohol was served there. He "hugged me" in the aisle at church. This is very strange behavior.

I tell ya I just went through the same thing with this woman. She met me at my apartment I took her out for some food and we came back to my place and wtched a movie. I made the move and put my arm around her and she cozyed up to me. When the movie was over she jumped up and put her shoes on and said "well I guess I'll see ya Saturday". Well we played poker at some of her friends house and when she was out of chips she was like "I'm gonna go home". I said your leaving she was like yes. I'm thinking I got one of them bi-polar chicks......You probably have the same thing going on.

Could you be more specific? He kissed you where? At the forehead, means he's fatherly and cares for your safety. Cheeks means he's feeling something. Lips, well, I think you understand well enough. He hugged you. Did he do it by pressing his whole body or just a light squeeze? Seems to me you're the one who's feeling mixed up. So what's the score?

I don't "understand" what you "mean" by all the "quotation marks?" Are you writing in "code?" This is too vague to "sincerely" answer.
