What was it about your then girlfriend that made you want to propose - that is, what qualities did she posses that made you think you wanted to be with her forever?
I'm interested to know men's reasoning - so please share, I will choose a best answer.

My husband says that I'm fun to be with, we share a lot of the same interests, and he just felt it.

The divorce has been filed. The check is in the mail. I'll still respect you in the morning. You don't need a written guarantee, you can trust me to stand behind your used car. Are you silly enough to believe EVERY stupid story, or just those you WANT to believe? A person who IS going through a divorce HAS PAPERWORK. He CAN show you proof that the divorce is in process. Looking in my crystal ball, I see that he doesn't ask you to come to his home, even though his wife has moved out. And, he doesn't want his kids to get to know you, at least as Dad's girlfriend. Oh yeah, that's to stay on his wife's good side, so that she'll work three jobs to support their kids-and Daddy doesn't have to pay child support. And of course, lots of divorcing women decide to just give the home to their partner, IF they don't upset the soon to be ex wife by dating. And we all know how most mothers just decide to give the kids to the husband. Heck, I'll bet lots of those e-mails I've deleted from various lotteries, telling me about the millions I've won were genuine. Probably all of them. Do you note the subtle sarcasm? Lady, he's a cheating dog. And deep down, you already know it. You SHOULD feel shame. Both for playing with a married guy, and even more so for being gullible.

mabye it doesn't matter for some bad people if the married or not because they are all ready jumping from a woman to other every night new model and that is the wors thing .
-the men need to marry to build his future beacuse for me there is now future with out a nice woman help the man to build it
-the men need to married to make family beacuse we are not in this life to play&do sex with the girl we loved
-the life is like the war the men married to get a nice person to help him to stay a life in this war.
this is few thing make the man who have brian to married.
Every single man have to married the woman he loved in legaly ways and make family,do not spend ur life with doing the ilegal sex and forget that's you are here in the life to do something not to play how much u want and then go to hell

She was honest, smart, not self center as most women are and i just knew from my heart she was ( as the Carpathian men say ) my life-mate we dated for 4 months and got married and that was 15 yrs ago and i love her more now than i did then and my love is still growing more each day

My wife of 20yrs had waited for me for 5years
after I had met her and because of my job I was
not able to be with her and not able to communi-
cate with her as I traveled a lot. However after
five years when I finally was able to come back
to the country where I met her she was still there
un-married and said she was waiting for me.
I had originally met her at a bus stop where she
was waiting for a bus to go home after she
finished her job at a factory. The second day
after I came back to Panama I was able to get
ahold of her through a friend of mine whom I
also did not hear or see for five years so after
we were able to be togeather again I knew it
was meant to be.When I met her at the bus
stop originally we both were single.

Because I was young and dumb, real dumb. I dated her for 6 years and my sisters, my mother and her forced me to do it at 24.

not only because shes beautiful but also she so kind, nice,outgoing,fun to be with, and she always puts a smile on my face when im not happy.
