ROFLMAO!!
Ron Paul has about as much chance of winning the election as I do of switching to the Republican party. Which of course means he has no chance at all.

The Democrats and Republicans did a very illegal thing to American voters and any independent candidates and to the national elections by barring all third party candidates from national elections. The Republicans and democrats sued Ralph Nader and barred him from running.
The only Candidate who stands for the Bill of Rights and the US Constitution is Ron Paul. All the rest are puppets of the Federal Reserve who serve their own lust for power even to the extent of removing all national sovereignty for the New World Order in the UN.

Consider this a dry run. If he can't get the Republican nomination, then he can't win the presidency, either. But he can, so pop another pill, turn on the network news, and tell them thank you for keeping you willfully ignorant. -yk

Because he is going to WIN as a Republican, and as he said himself- the voting system is unfair against independants.

Because it really is a TWO-PARTY system. Count 'em: One, two. See? There, you're done.
Not that I agree with the two-party system. I actually hate it. It is the most ineffectual political system of all the democratic republics in existence today.

If he's not nominated by the reps (a huge possibility), then he might and he should. He says he wouldn't, but he'd be crazy not to.

Why would he want to lose as an independent, when he can lose as a republican?
