Not that I know of. It would be all over the media just because it's so hard to get an amendment passed.

There are four VERY old ones that were never ratified but have not expired since an expiration on amendments wasn't introduced until 1917 and did not apply to older proposals. An attempt to declare them dead in 1992 failed to gain support, though it is extremely unlikely any would be revived after all this time. One of them would strip an American of his citizenship if he or she were to accept a title of nobility from a foreign country.
