Maybe the people can buy their candidate into the White House and then MAYBE this country wouldn't be a whore to corporations anymore.

Maybe this country could be FOR the people.....

There are a number of candidates that do not accept corporate money. If you want to, you & your friends can send money to the candidate of your choice that does not take money except by individual donation. Have a fund raiser for your candidate, lots of ways to help those who are not in the corporate pocket obtain funds for running a campaign. Think about it, we too can buy our own candidate!

So if you were given the choice of spending $500 on your candidate who might not get in, or the choice of DEFINATELY having $100 in your pocket right now to support/not oppose the corporate weasel, which would you choose?

Besides if it's down to spending power then the rich win even MORE - the top 10% hold STUPID amounts more money than the rest of the US.
