There is some theories in favor of it. No evidences so far. I would use the word evidence when it definitely supports the theory. For example DNA evidence about a crime, paternity test etc are examples of evidences. So far no evidence to support big bang.

Also I am not a supporter of big bang the way it is explained now. I do not believe that the universe started with big bang. I may accept that the current universe what we see may be originated by a big bang. But I cannot accept that Universe was originated by big bang. I hope the distinction is clear between "Universe" and "this or current Universe".

Scientists mention about red shift, dark energy/ matter bla bla
but they are not evidences in favor of big bang. They are just theories.

When scientists found out that galaxies are moving away from each other they were puzzled. They didn't know how to interpret it. Then they came out with various theories and the main theory is big bang.

The problem with big bang theory is; it doesn't explain what was before the big bang. It tells that some expansion or explosion happened - but what exploded or expanded?? so something must have been there sitting idly before the expansion agree? How nothing can expand?? How from nothing billions and billions galaxies are formed??

so something was there before big bang. In whatever form or energy or bla bla it was existing but there was something existing which created big bang.

If something existed before big bang then that is it. period. big bang proponents cannot claim that nothing existed before big bang. They have to account for whatever existed before big bang.

It is not scientific thinking to claim that nothing created something.

My problem with accepting big bang theory is they claim everything started with big bang. I cannot accept it without evidences. So far no evidences. Galaxies moving away and dark matter etc are not evidences to support big bang.

Evidence means something like 2 + 2 = 4. or DNA evidences. A definite prrof of something.

Big bang might have happened but they cannot say that nothing existed before big bang.

In my opinion universe was always there in one or other form. It is not scientific thinking to claim that nothing created something. It is against science.

Try this..some new perspective ..Why is the sky Dark at night? there are billions of stars in a Galaxy and Thousands of Galaxies out there being probeb by Hubble´s telescope..the sky should not be dark then..but it´s still dark anyway..and why is it?

The reason is..The Light from distant Galaxies has yet to arrive on earth...

There is a large amount of evidence for it from a number of different sources, more evidence than for any opposing theory.

It's stupid...GOD created the earth not a stupid rock...they may have some stuff...but i don't believe any of it...does it say in the Bible that a big rock hit the earth? NOOOOOOO!!!! it's says "in the begining God created the heavens and the earth" doesn't say "in the begining a big rock hit the earth...AND THEN God created the rest of the earth..."

Not much when you consider a big band usually destroys, not creates. Duh! Why some of the scientists that came up with that theory couldn't figure that out is beyond me.

None, it is a ridiculous idea, and I would take no stock in it. I mean seriously think about it. It makes no sense. We were created by God, simple as that.
