Uranus is a cold, frozen gas planet with a cloud layer temp. of around -350*f. It has a molten core but radiates little heat compared to the other gas giant planets.

Uranus is one of the Gas Giants...It is mostly water, methane, hydrogen and ammonia ices and gas. in size, it is about 4 times the size of the Earth. It is surrounded by eleven rings of dust and small objects including 27 Moons of various sizes.
The temperature of the tops of the clouds varies from Minus 333 to Minus 353 Degrees F which is VERY COLD. Uranus is located 1.78 Billion Miles from the Sun, or more than 19 times farther away from the Sun than the Earth is. For that reason it gets less warmth from solar radiation than the Earth does.
