in the last set of chromosomes it says XX/XY... so is it a girl or a boy?

XX/XY usually means that it's a generic karyotype. It's telling you that the last pair represents the sex chromosomes, whether they are XX or XY.

Note that in humans a Y makes a male, no matter how many X chromosomes there are. Lack of a Y makes a female.
