Universe is a defined term. Define it as you will. Divide it up as you like, but remember that whatever is left outside of your definition is fair game to be called "inclusive to the universe" by another definition.

I say there is only one all inclusive universe and that it has always been and always will be, infinite in every direction and subject only to it's own natural laws of change.

The universe is very vast and very complicated to understand.
People often confuse and mix universes with galaxies and dimensions. In terms of universe there are some theories which suggest that there is more than one up to an infinite number of universes(bubble theory)
