No. There is truth to what they say, the wouldn't just make up random stuff. However, the actions the terrorists take because of their hate makes them wrong, while the liberals simply use words to prove their point.

zizibip...you're a zipper head. Don't you know that liberal administrations won two world wars and put a man on the moon? What this country needs is to get neocons out of the way so that liberals can save the day and win the war on terror. You're not going to win this war by giving away resources (tax-cuts) to the wealthy few. Where's the sacrifice?

My rhetoric doesn't match al-Qaeda's, and go ahead and e-mail me if you think the evidence shows otherwise. My Q&A history isn't blocked.
Make sure if you think you've found a match to provide a citation from an al-Qaeda source, and not simply some of Rush's talking points.
I'm pretty confident you'll be hard pressed to make your case.

First of all, being that you are talking about U.S. liberals, you might want to consider that our rhetoric about our selves is completely different than our rhetoric about GW, the neocons, or the repubs in general.
Liberal rhetoric about America is completely different than liberal rhetoric about GW and conservatives in general.
Then you need to face the reality that Al Queda and radical islamists are conservatives, so it only makes sense that many of the things we say about U.S. conservatives is also true about Al Queda and radical islamists conservatives.
You all are in the same big conservative philosophy boat.

Al Qaeda was for the Persian Gulf War. Al Qaeda was for American troops invading Afghanistan and overturning Taliban rule? Al Qaeda is for the Bill of Rights?
I don't think so friend.

It bothers me that American soldiers are dying because a president blatantly lied and sent them into a grossly mismanaged war. One does not have to agree with Bush and your ideals to be a patriot or to love this country. You should try reading the ideals of Thomas Jefferson. Any politician that is above criticism of the people worries me...it gets too close to a totalitarian government. We have the right and the duty to question and speak out when we see something that is morally wrong. How on earth you can support the antics of this man totally amazes me.

I have yet to see a "lefty liberal progressive" bash gays like Al Qaeda does, or bash any of the more liberal aspects of America, that both Al Qaeda and right-wingers view as evil.
But I applaud Rush Limbaugh in making sure our right-wing fanatics believe liberals have something in common with Al Qaeda, because once our right-wing fanatics find out how many beliefs they share with terrorists, we are all in real big trouble.
