1960s: Johnny Unitas. Not only the best of this decade, but the best ever to play the position.

1970s: Roger Staubach.

1980s: Joe Montana

1990s: John Elway

2000s: This decade is not over yet, but I take Peyton Manning.

If you think the best qb for the 2000's is brady think again. Peyton is by far the best qb. not the winningest, not the most championships, simply the best. you look at brady and say he's the best because of the success he's had. if peyton had a defense like new england he'd have won just as many , probably more chamionships than brady

Justin great qbs win big games not choke on big games. You think manning is better? He plays inside a dome. Has the best offense and its a nowonder why his stats are good. Brady is just like Montana. I love Montana plus im a 49er fan.
