I'm a Junior and my GPA is still undetermined because I have about 3 semesters left.

My current GPA (freshman & sophomore) is: 3.67
I'm in the International Baccularate Program
In Model UN, Key Club and National Honors Society
Lots of Volunteer hours
I'm on Varsity Raquetball
Did Basketball & Softball in freshman and sophomore year
I got my PSAT scores back and I am basically stupid.
My selection Index is 132 with a Percentile of 39.

I don't understand how I can have a low PSAT score and have an above average GPA.

If I do poorly on the SAT, can I still get into UW with all my other achievements?

According to their information on the College Board's website, the University of Washington finds your application essay, rigor of your academic program, and GPA very important, and test scores and extracurriculars are only "Important". That doesn't mean that you could get a really bad SAT score and get in, but it won't count quite as much. What this may mean is that you are not very good at taking standardized tests, and you might want to take a test prep course before taking the SATs.

Here are your chances : (according to me)
Keep up grades, bad on SAT: 30%
Maintain Grades, OK ACT: 50%
Improve Grades, Great SAT: 90%
Drop in grades will decrease your chances.

I recommend you take the ACT. It's easier to study for, and easier. I did really bad on the PSAT and the PLAN, but got a 30 on the ACT. If you take any more standardized tests, be sure to take prep classes, and check out sparknotes because they have good information.
So yeah... Your fate lies in the ACT/SAT's. Good Luck!!!
